The Northeast Kingdom Chamber of Commerce offers an affordable, flexible and comprehensive health insurance plan for our members with 50 or fewer employees. Check it out, and see if it saves you money. BlueCross BlueShield Plans include the Vermont Freedom Plans (PPO) and the Comprehensive Consumer Directed Health Plan-CDHP (HSA Compatible).
- Our VACE/BCBSVT plans will follow the extensive National BlueCard Network, a national network of all BCBS providers.
- WIDESPREAD COVERAGE - Includes an unlimited lifetime maximum.
- PROVIDERS BILL BLUECROSS BLUESHIELD DIRECTLY - No paperwork for you.
- PREVENTATIVE CARE IS EMPHASIZED - No charge for mammograms, no co-pay for hospital in/out patients, and includes a Well Baby program.
- OPTIONS TO SUIT YOUR NEEDS - There are seven plans to choose from, with (4) PPO plans, and (3) CDHP Health Savings Account Compatible plans possible.
- VISION EXAM - Every plan includes one vision exam per year, per insured, with a $20 co-pay. Must be held at a participating Vision Service Plan provider, a lost of which can be found at www.vsp.com.
You need to be a business member in good standing with the Northeast Kingdom Chamber of Commerce and the business must be located in Vermont to be eligible for the plan.
